Many members of the club were there along with his parents, Ian and Julie, who had just arrived from Australia.

Also at the same event at the Indian in Church Fenton (the evening before we beat Oulton), we presented Chris Horbury, our Head Groundsman, Club Secretary, Ex-Chairman, occassional scorer and at some stage or another, practically every other job in the club, with a walking stick or something to celebrate his 65th birtday.

BERYL WHITE (1926-2005) receiving flowers from Chester Langdon after our annual friendly match against Lawnswood in 2004. Beryl was secretary, treasurer and scorer at Fenton for 50 years.
